Just had the Chinese New Year Eve Steamboat dinner that I have with my family every year. One of my favourite meals ever is the steamboat that we do at home.

See that thing on top of the pot? That’s Fu Chuk… or deep fried bean curd… LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
